We have been in this industry over 20 years and have grown into a well-respected account resolution company by adapting to our clients’ various needs, providing first-contact resolutions for our clients and their offenders/debtors, as well as having a customer service-orientated call center.
We go above and beyond to offer our clients more than a traditional collection agency. We specialize in municipal account resolution services, and we understand that some balances are resolved by non-cash methods, such as: court appearances, time served, community service, etc. We work to resolve all outstanding balances, but we don’t charge our clients for those that are resolved through non-cash methods.
With an Accounting degree from San Diego State University, our Controller has an extensive background in Accounting and brings over 20 years of experience and expertise to AMS. Our Accounting Team works directly with our clients to develop customized billing strategies that meet the diverse needs of our ever growing client base.
Our Call Center is fully staffed with English and Spanish-speaking Account Resolution Specialists who are highly trained to handle calls of all types. We believe in first-contact resolution, so whether the caller wants to pay a balance in full or dispute the validity of the balance, our agents can handle the call start to finish. In addition, unlike traditionals collection agencies, we offer open access to our management team. If a caller requests to speak to a manager, then our specialists will transfer the call to the manager. It’s as simple as that.
Our Account Resolution management team has been with AMS over seven years. They have experience with every type of delinquent balance we work to resolve, as well as, a firm knowledge of laws and regulations regarding account resolutions. They work side-by-side with our Account Resolution Specialists to ensure all callers are receiving the most professional and efficient service possible.
We are proud to offer our clients first-contact resolutions and five-star customer service. In addition to specific areas of specialty, our Client Services team is fully cross-trained to support our clients with all of their needs. They can assist with submitting new cases, report requests, balance adjustments, dismissals, dispute resolutions, online access to our Client Portal, account updates and anything else that may be needed. This type of service is what sets us apart from standard debt collections.
Our Vice President of Client Services is a graduate of Texas A&M University – Commerce, has been with AMS over ten years, and has experience in nearly every aspect of the company from account resolutions to day-to-day operations with an emphasis in customer service. This expertise along with a background in counseling and psychology creates an ideal environment to build successful, personalized relationships with our clients.
Our sales professionals are experts in the field of municipal and county account resolutions. They are well-versed in the nuances of resolving delinquent balances and will act as trusted advisors. During the implementation process, they ask specific questions to determine a client’s exact requirements to ensure success. Our sales team works directly with our clients to provide an account resolution plan that exceeds expectations.
